Access to and use of the connectivity services provided by ConnessioneStabile (starlink-sy.com) constitutes full and binding acceptance of these Terms of Service. The user declares to have read, understood, and agreed to all conditions set forth herein.
The Provider is committed to delivering the connectivity service according to the declared technical standards. The User is committed to using the service lawfully, in compliance with current regulations, and to providing accurate information for activation. Any use that compromises the security of the network or third parties is prohibited.
The Provider is not responsible for service interruptions or degradation caused by force majeure, scheduled maintenance, or User actions. Liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid by the User for the service in the month the event occurred.
Service prices are clearly indicated at the time of subscription. Payments are recurring according to the chosen cycle. The User may cancel the service as indicated in the dedicated section. No refunds are provided for unused partial periods, unless otherwise required by law.
The Provider reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service immediately in case of violation of these Terms, non-payment, or fraudulent use. The User may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
